praJc is an independent and evolving design practice founded by Jeswin Varghese.

To believe in something is to understand, analyse and echo it. From the beginning, Jeswin has been deeply rooted in the relationship between the earth, the environment, and people. Architecture, for him, is a way to harmonise necessity and happiness through thoughtful, simple design. After honing his craft under the mentorship of experienced and renowned professionals, Jeswin took a leap of faith and established praJc Design Consultants as an independent studio.

Our story began in the serene charm of Kottayam, where a vision took flight and today praJc continues to reach new heights with purpose and passion. Growing the team has led to having a creative space in the heart of Kottayam and later expanding to Kochi, where we continue to explore the rich intersections of creativity, culture and innovation. Not long after, Ar. Sruthi Menon joined the practice as Creative Director, bringing years of diverse architectural experience from firms across Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai. Her experience brings a dynamic outlook and versatility to the practice. Being architects is our life – from the first sketch to the gritty reality of construction, we’re fully immersed, boots on the ground and vision in hand.
